PAYMENT

Boxseven Simplex requires a subscription. Payments will be automatically deducted on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the chosen plan. If a payment fails, we will wait three days and then attempt to process the payment again. If this fails a second time, we will temporarily disable the account. We will then wait another 5 days and attempt the payment again. If the payment fails a third time, we will suspend your account, remove your subscription, and make no further attempt to collect payment. It is the responsibility of the client at this point to resubmit payment on their own time, and at the current cost of service.

REFUND

On both a monthly or annual subscription, you will have seven days from the time of the INITIAL subscription to cancel your subscription for a full refund, less the cost of domain registration ($10). All subsequent subscription payments do not have a refundable time period and we do not prorate for subscriptions cancelled early

TERMINATION

These Terms of Use are effective until terminated by either party. If you no longer agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, you must cease your use of our website. We reserve the right to suspend or deny, at our sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of our website without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to our website may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and ban any further access to such files on our website. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to our website.
